My massage has changed over the years, from doing the basic Swedish when I first learned to what I do today, which doesn't really have a name of it's own. It is what is called an integrative massage, made up mostly of Swedish and deep tissue techniques. I use different techniques from different massage types that I've taken classes in over the years or learned from other therapists. A real hodge-podge of styles, but it all works together for a relaxing and, at the same time, effective massage. I add in whatever technique I have found to be effective for your particular situation.
